No, it's not constant power. It runs on the same circuit as the power mirror, which turns off with the car. If you want constant power you'd have to either connect the camera to a battery or run a line and splice it into the fuse box.

In my 2013 Sedan my mirror provides constant power. I wish it turned off with the car as I've drained the battery when my Radar Detector was left on and I didn't drive the car for a few days.

With a dashcam, if you want it hardwired, you'll need a MultiSafer or a PowerMagic Pro anyways, so the mirror solution won't work. Amazing for plug and go applications though.

I have my dash cam just wired to my cig lighter in the the front console, which I`m going to assume is not constant power and my dash cam still works if the g sensor is activated,(car is off parked) so look at the dash cam your getting for the need to hard wire because I think a lot of them must have internal battery.

You can still technically get constant power for the dash cam from the mirror power. One of the wires (I think the orange/black one) is constant power. However you would have to modify the USB dongle I linked to and change which power line the usb port is spliced into.

You can also go all out and use a wire tap (like for the radar detectors) and just solder in the other end of the pos/neg wires to a USB port.

Finally I have heard of some people straight up taping a portable USB battery pack (like for recharging a phone) on the window and connecting a cam to that. That will give constant power with no load on the car battery but you'll have to remember to recharge the USB battery.

Also a good way to burn your car to the ground. Those powerbanks aren't made for sitting in the sun all day, and many have Auto ignited in purses and pockets.

For the Auto's

I'f you have:
Destroyed the shifter rod busing
Unhappy with the squishiness of the shifter
Missing it

Here is what I did

The original had collapsed due to leaking trans, most sell this piece with the shifter and through the dealer is almost $60 due to being composed of many shift, pins and gromments.

While checking my inventory I found 90's Honda Delrin fuel rail spacers were a perfect fit as far as OD and ID were. Only require trimming in length (plastic) and a shim for further assurance.

The new bushing can be pressed in as far as you want, this was where I wanted mine's to be.

Better and solid feel.

Extremely poor mod:
I had to replace my garbage disposal recently. Amazingly the magnets from the motor fit perfectly on my oil filter (I use the larger filter for the m56). I might put a hose clamp around it. Will get rid of my magnetic drain plug, it's been difficult to stop it from seeping.
