Insurance declared it total loss based on revised estimate from body shop.

Now the dilemma - jump on a deal on 2013 XS or try to wait until June for Q50, or look at Audi/BMW ....

the 335 pretty much broke down on the track lol

I remember comparing the 335 to the G and for the price, the BMW couldn't touch the infiniti

So after giving it some thought, I ended up picking up G37XS with Premium and Navi over the weekend. I plan on keeping it for short to medium term. I really want to see how Q50 will work out in the real world and will look at it again in 18-24 months.

I apologize regarding my mistake for thinking you went with the Lexus.

I think you have made a wise decision on going with the G37xS.
Waiting on how the Q50 pans out in the next couple of years will definitely secure your decision on what vehicle will be next.

Enjoy your new G!

Watch out for those vans!

Congrats to the new G!

not to mention Q50 did bring refresh but the rear end really dropped a bit expectation. at least for the VQ name it is a 3.7, and surely it is.

No worries! This became a long thread!

It was an easy decision for sure. I knew the car, and I always regretted not getting the sports seats and paddle shifters with my X.

I like the way Q50 looks, I don't mind the back end at all actually.

I had to get a car in within about a week or two, so it would have to be another G or used S4 for me, of which there were not many in WA.

Plus, maybe in 2015 they will work out some of the initial bugs in Q50 so it will be a solid ride when I am ready for it.

There's another video where the 335 pretty much leaves the g in the dust.

That one video of the 335 fuel pump issue is old, and I believe BMW have resolved that issue. And videos of 335 leaving the G in the dust is plentiful and easy to find.

perhaps all driver error?

^ Lol...are these stock compared to stock? How do you know they didn't mod their vehicles differently?

But I'll agree, the 335 is faster than a G37, but it's not going to be a significantly huge difference. You're also paying like $10k for the same options as a G37, so not really a fair comparison. You should be comparing a 328 to a G37, since they are in the same price range.

Sniper. Fun videos. It seems one man's "in the dust" is another man's half a car length. LOL

But I'll just let g37guy01 respond to that in hindsight. Here you go:
