I'm a "renter"....this time. Not sure I get your point about a "curious bit of psychology"....I did not mention "luxury" in my comments about poor service on a $43,000 car. Infiniti markets itself as a premium brand and charges accordingly; is it unreasonable to expect competent if not superior service? Prior to "renting" the Infiniti I "owned" a 5 series BMW and an Acura TL.....the dealerships that serviced these cars were far better and provided a positive experience. Guess where I'll be "renting" or purchasing my next vehicle?
