From the pics it looks like a solid deal, I'd definitely give it a serious look if it's within a reasonable drive, appears to be fully loaded too It's got about 7k miles more than my 09 so the mileage isn't too crazy. Be sure to have the 7AT transmission TSB applied if it hasn't been done yet. The dealer should be able to look up your VIN and see if it's been done.

From the pictures everything looks as it should, but the price being as low as it is makes me wonder. Request the carfax, but remember that not everything will show up on it. Also since it isn't being sold at an Infiniti dealership I would take it to one and have it checked out or take it somewhere you trust. Like I said before there is just something about the price that doesn't sit well with me, maybe they're trying to move it quickly, in that case its a steal, otherwise make sure you have it checked out.

Good luck and let us know what happens!

Carfax is no gospel, by any means. Just a guide. Offer them $20k firm, take it or leave it. Otherwise, walk away and tell them to call you if they drop the price to $20k. Then enjoy the car.

Check out the TSB thread for the automatic transmission. That's the only thing I can really think of.

I'd check out other cars on the lot too. If all the cars on the lot are "priced to move" it's probably just a super volume dealer. If your G37xs is one of only a few that seem priced too low that may raise a flag.
Good idea taking it to an Infiniti service for a check, they should be able to pull up the service record on the car too. That price is very nice, but should make your inspection that much more thorough. Let us know how it goes.

Also look at the dealer rating on the listing you posted... The have a 50% customer feedback. That to me raises another flag. Here is one of the reviews that caught my attention... "I called about a vehicle that appeared to be priced quite competitively. But that price was only available if you financed the vehicle through the dealer. Paying cash for the car added thousands to the price."

Here are some other feedback resources...

If the dealer is legit and if the car truly has no damage history, then yes. Absolutely. This is a fair-to-fantastic deal. Two pretty big "ifs".

Usually things are too good to be true, and there really is no magic to car prices. However, once in a while you can find yourself in the right place at the right time, and you should jump if you think that's where you are.

Good luck.

20 is a great deal especially because factory warranty is still valid. looks like it has almost all the features, premium, sport, awd and navigation. i just bought an '09 g37 rwd with premium, nav and tech for $27,200 certified with 6 year / 100k warranty. i would check the carfax and possibly have a mechanic check it out before you purchase it. it looks like it has 31 records on the carfax report (can't see what it is though). seems a little excessive for maintenance. good luck with the purchase

If the price seems too good to be true, well...you know.
