RRRRRR Infiniti Service has offically PO'd me
Lol, so you should understand. I'm actually going there for the Made in America Festival, pretty hyp. Speaking of BMW, we're going on my friend's 328 lol.
But yea, 335 is definitely the way to **** off Infiniti

Congratulations! Over the last several years I have seen many, many stupid comments on this forum. Scores of them. This one is easily top 10, possibly the number one spot. You have won the grand prize. Be on the lookout for a coupon in the mail for psychological counseling and anger management at the therapist nearest you. And please stop skipping your Rageaholics Anonymous meetings. You need them.
But seriously, I doubt that you personally care but that comment is why everyone else in the world wrongly stereotypes all New Yorkers as a-holes. Take some deep breaths and think about rainbows, kittens, and spring flowers for a while dude.

Sometimes you need to push your situation more. That's what it comes down to. Like the scenario with American Airlines I gave, they were rude and just terrible to deal with so I quickly stepped up into action.
I understand what you're trying to say, but I feel that he's been nice for too long and they're taking advantage of it when he's clearly right.
I didn't mean that you have to be a d*ck all the time, but when you need things done and people aren't smart enough to do their jobs (or whatever the situation is), it's the way to go about it.
Look up "BMW problems", you will get enough of it. If you ever bought a BMW, not lease, good luck with its long term reliability. If you want to **** off someone, do with something else not your hard earned money.
Can't argue with that one.
LOL! that's priceless! i need to remember this one.
ranting is much more intelligent than using tact and sound logic. i realize that now. thank you for enlightening me.
no need to spend any more time on a reply to this post. i need to go get angry before i ask my wife what's for dinner.

Holy cow!
Take them to small claims court. It's easy to file, it'll get their attention (you probably feel like you're talking to a brick wall now), and you'll be doing a good thing (standing up for the little guy against the big bad corporation... good karma). No lawyer necessary.
The problem is that you have to figure out what your damages are. Are they the cost of a new trim? What is that cost, and who would put it in? I guess it's not $600 like a new car, since apparently it can't be done by Infiniti. So, are there people who do interior work or restoration of cars that can make custom trim to fit your car? Can this be done by a woodworker? How much would they charge? If you start investigating these things, you might uncover a solution as well. Could be that infiniti has no freaking idea how to solve this mess, and that's the motivating factor behind their poor service, rather than the possibility that they are you-know-what-holes.
Lesson for me: I'm going to take really good care of that wood.

It sucks the world works this way, but the squeaky wheel gets the grease... Even if the squeaky wheel is being an a-hole.
They won't care if you trade it in for an IS350, and your trade-in value will be much lower because - wait for it ... the interior wood doesn't match!

If a companies main goal is to avoid extra expenses/costs, it doesn't come to mind that they would gladly screw you over? It doesn't make sense to get pushy to get your needs before they get theirs?
Anyone who's dealt with companies and annoying people on a regular basis understands this. It's one thing to obviously be polite and show good faith in the person/company you're dealing with, but when you're CLEARLY not getting any results, that's when you can't sit on your a$$ and still expect anything to get done.

I might have to do that. But note I take very good car of my car. The wood was pealing because it's been so hot out. Not because I wasn't taking car of the car
