Fantastic first post. That's a hell of a way to start off.
As far as the original post, OP they change the Dif oil, transmission fluid, all filters. As well as lubricating a few things. Now you have to decide wether all that is really needed at 30k. And not trying to flame, but if you search 30k infinity service, I'm sure it will be the first listing on here or google. Just cuts down on the amount of times a certain subject is answered. Good luck bud

If you're a "do-it-yourself" type, then don't go to the dealer.
Here's what I did at 30K in my own garage:
Changed oil / oil filter
Changed rear differential oil
Drained / replaced coolant
Replaced air filters
Replaced in-cabin filter
Checked belt for wear (replace if chipped or cracked)
Checked other fluid levels (top off as needed)
If you're not a do-it-yourselfer (and have extra $ to burn), then go to the dealer and request the 30K premium maintenance.

You didn't say you wanted other opinions, you simply said "you are wondering what needs to be done"...so I simply said read the manual because it tells you everything that needs to be done.

Sometimes it's not what you say but how you say it.
"Manual...read it" does not come across the same way as saying that the information can be found in the Owners Manual.

I inspected my coolant, did not replace.
I cleaned my air filters as I have the R2C's. If you are running stock filters, replace them as stated above.
Rotated my tires (I rotate every 7,500 miles) and checked air pressures
Checked air pressure in my spare tire
Inspected my brakes
I've set up my own maintenance schedule based on experiences with previous vehicles, and recommendations from this car's owners manual. If you are handy and enjoy doing your own work I'd suggest doing the same. Some of the items in the manual I feel are overkill, however I'll check certain things more often than the manual stipulates.

Now, IF the op had done a search I would imagine his topic line would have looked a little different like, "what's everyone's take on the 30k maintainence?" or "should I get the 30k maintainence done?"(the second ? has been done before on here). I do realize this is the Internet and tone is hard to differentiate sometimes, but the bold portion of his quoted comment clearly indicates he does not know what maintainence should be done. I didn't copy the "OM" page, but in turn searched google for this, which brought me to a mechanics blog site about maintainence for all infiniti's I then linked the hilighted of the 2 images.
As I said, tone is sometimes hard to tell on the Internet, but your "thanks for the OM page" comment leads me to infer sarcasm was intended. I was only trying to help get the info the op was asking for. If help isn't wanted, then I will delete my post and not offer it.

Well, taking little pot shots at each other, which was clearly being done, I would consider childish...but I would imagine that is a relative term.

'Thanks for the OM' page means, Thanks for the OM page.
I'm far from sarcastic.

For me personally, I took it to the dealer, they gave me a loaner car. Took a little cappuccino and returned 4 hours later. All done - $0 plus a clean car.
Well, I did pay for the pre paid maintenance...I am not a DIY at all and have done every single service in the book. Looking forward to 30,000 more miles.

As others have said:
- oil and filter
- air filters
- cabin filter
- rear diff
- manual gearbox
- inspect belts and hoses
- lube hinges
- inspect brakes
- rotate tires if not sport model
That's about it. Most is easily diy, but if you are not into getting your hands dirty take it to an independent import garage who will do the work, probably with better fluids, for half the cost. Or bring your own parts and fluids and just pay them for labour.
And yes, the owners manual is the best source for what HAS to be done. Never listen to what the dealer "recommends".
