As the title says. Will the 2008 OEM "wing" spoiler fit on a 2012 sedan (6MT sport)?

I'm almost certain that it will as I don't believe the trunk design has changed throughout the years...but I want to be 100% sure.

Trunks are the same, doesn't matter if you go w/ the wing spoiler, if you go with the spoiler that goes along the trunk lip edge the camera (or lack thereof) is the only thing to be concerned about. IMO the trunk lip spoiler looks better since you're also getting rid of the chrome lip, but that's just my opinion

I'd bet you could probably get that for free from somebody by trading trunks (if you can find the right color). I'd at least test the waters before buying. Most in the G community seem to prefer the spoiler-less trunk. My $.02.

 

IMHO, this is a no go..

 

Not sure about that, the chrome spoiler lip looks good on some colors but I much prefer the oem trunk edge spoiler as do many others. This spoiler FTW (IMO)

 

the spoiler just doesnt look right on a sedan G. either go with OEM decklid, or go clean look..

 

I have the same lip spoiler and I was referring to the OP's referenced spoiler. I guess I could of clarified more.

 

just to be clear, the OP's referenced spoiler is the OEM spoiler for 2007-2008 G35.
