All, just made my purchase of a '12 G37xS in graphite shadow. I traded my '09 TL SHAWD tech.
My question is this, what does the spoiler look like? I want the lip spoiler that replaces the chrome trim. I was about to order one thru Discountinfinitiparts. They provided me the part # of K6030-1NF5A. So I do a look up of the part which you can click on "view part diagram." The diagram shows the spoiler that is mounted on the ends with a center brake light (like the 2008 version). I only want to get oem not aftermarket. Has anyone purchased the 2012 lip version that will fit the camera and trunk button? So I assume it goes over the chrome trim. What makes it hard is graphite shadow is a recent color.

These don't go over the chrome trim, the chrome piece is removed and this spoiler goes over the opening that the chrome piece went into. I really like the look of these OEM spoilers, they flow well w/ the rest of the car. Pretty simple install too

the spoiler is the same '09+. '07-'08 had the raised spoiler. i prefer the trunk lip spoiler.

Correct, I want the lip spoiler. Do they make it painted in graphite shadow?

I love the OEM spoiler and think it's a great appearance mod for the sedans, OP you won't regret getting it!

The diagrams that are used are very generic. They never show how the parts really look. When we look up parts here in the back we always double check by pulling them from the shelf or looking at another car if we really need to. Other then that we don't really go off of the parts catalog.

Here's an addendum I added on page 4 starting at reply# 47 if you don't want to drill outside the area that's covered by the current chrome trunk lip, spoiler still fits tight and looks great
