serious decision-making time
The vette is a fairly practical car, surprisingly. It gets decent gas mileage and has more room than you think, particularly in the trunk. It is capable of being driven every day and being reliable.
However, drive it in the snow at your own peril. I bought my G37xS because I am moving from the Bay area, where you can drive a corvette year-round, to the D.C. area, where there are a few months when snow could appear at any time.
I love my vette and recommend them to anyone that wants a fun, fast car, but you'd better have an inclement weather vehicle in addition to it, living where you live.
