They're 3.5 inch. They're further in that most tips though so they may look smaller for that reason. Didn't like them out passed the bumper. They're DC sports universal and resonated tips. And I agree. After mufflers it will have a deeper tone. It sounds like a normal muffler delete on a nismo right now lol. It might be the inside that makes it look smaller too. I'm thinking about punted that matte black with high temp paint
