Nice first post, I guess you must have been hanging on G35 driver since you have an 04 signup date. Looks like a nice G, those gunmetal LE wheels look proper on that car. Any plans for it?
Thanks!
Yep, I signed up way back when I had my '04 G35 Coupe 6MT (twilight blue, hence the screenname) I thought that I had more posts but I wasn't very active on the forums.
No plans for it other than trying to keep my kids from destroying the back seats
My modding days are gone. I guess that's why I gravitated towards the LE. It has just enough differences to set it apart from the other stock G37 sedans out there without putting any extra work into it.
I was in Japan the past 2 weeks and got a chance to go to StanceNation Japan the day that I left. Here is one pic of the Access Evolution kitted sedan that everyone knows in it's new color scheme:
Hopefully we will get a chance to edit more pictures this week.
Don't let Rochester see this pic. It sure looks like the reverse lamp surround match the tails. Might not be as cut and dry as believed. Then again, it could just be the photo.

Looks more like both were tinted with Nite-Shades. You can tell because the clear section in the backup lens is also tinted. Looked at another way: a car like this, modded like this... do you really think he wouldn't do something to the tails? It almost goes without saying.
There's noticeably common thing for people who mod cars, and that's to darken the tails and paint the grille. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. I agree with you about ketchup and mustard. Way too Hot Wheels for my taste.

There's almost a knee-jerk reaction for people who mod cars, and that's to darken the tails and paint the grille.
I'm aware. They're often the cheapest and fastest things to mod for an owner to establish uniqueness from similar vehicles on the road. I would love the privilege of having others quickly differentiate me from any other car, but my driving style combined with authority issues don't allow me that exploration. Plus, I just don't appreciate tinted tails. I'll leave it at that.
I wonder how long it took to select the correct tint combo to match a red and pink lens?
