So guys. Look what I bought haha I'm praying that the info I found on here was correct. I'm swapping this diff into my base model sedan. It has LSD and a FD ratio of 3.692:1. You guys think I should do a write up / DIY?
Keeping the thread on topic with a pic. Just sold these wheels btw so something new to come
having to jump the curb twice in the last month to avoid an accident (people merging without checking blind spots mainly) and scratching my 20"... then spending 2 days restoring them..... Im not brave enough for rims like that lol. Looks beautiful man. Wheel specs?

Look forward to your new setup and YES, a DIY on the diff swap would be a big contribution
BTW, what did that diff set you back if you don't mind me asking? You can shoot a PM if you'd rather.
Thx.

Nah man I don't mind. It was 350 shipped from a parts place called euro haze. They have an eBay store with a lot of stuff. Originally found the diff on craigslist. They're 2.5 hours away lol. I was gonna drive but couldn't find time to make it. He wanted 200 for the diff. And 150 to ship it. It has to way at least 90lbs lol it's got 85k on it so I'm hoping it's going to be in good shape. I also ordered white line bushings and I'm going to have the diff inspected and the gear oil changed. They did a really good job shipping it too. Had to use like 20 bucks of packaging wrap lmao
BTW, what are your wheel/tire specs? Looks like you're running extra low profiles there. Oh, and what are you dropped on, looks good
Theyre basically rubber bands 235/33/22 22x8in front and 265/25/22 22x10 in back. +35 and +45 offsets Tein springs for the coupe currently, but have a set of coil overs waiting to be put on

Ya, i fear that every drive I take. staggered 22x8,22x10 +35,+45. Luckily its not an everyday driver.

They looked like serious lo-pros, but on 22s that's what you have to do. Hope you don't have any loose fillings
Those are 4 front Nismo Z wheels, those are 19x9.5 +40 which are going to be just about to the fender edge when looking straight down, but not poking, so a nice setup for sure.
Typically you'll see the full staggered set w/ a 10.5 +23 rear wheel, and those would only work on a coupe, and even then it'll be real close.
