J, to put the 2010+ front-end on a 2007-2009 you'll need the bumper, both headlamps, fog light assembly, grille and i believe a new washer fluid tank. You're looking at about $3,300+ to do the whole thing. Less if you sell the old parts.
p.s. This is without the sport lip, which may run you another $300 or so.

The lip either comes individually or is part of the aero package they have which includes the front lip, mud guards and trunk spoiler. It costs something like 2g's extra for it packaged.
