how to clean this

Hey guys,
if you have read my previous thread about the body shop f**king my car up while at their shop.
well, this is one of them and i'm trying to clean it.
from what it seems, there are loads of dirt and deep green paint smeared into the panel. I tried with leather care cleaning product yesterday and i couldn't get all of it out. this is how it looks

can someone that had similar experience pitch in with experience of how they took care of it?
I'll keep trying and if all fails, i'll have to buy a replacement panel and replace it as it is bugging the hell out of me.

thanks

Try woolite 8 dilution ratio or Leathermaster, something I have read and have no experience using it.

Seeing as how it's on the plastic, try some simple green on it with a soft bristle brush.

Rubbing the dirty spots with a soft cloth with 75% alcohol should do it.

Try Simple Green and a soft bristle brush. You can buy some at Walmart.
