I'd say more of a tie for third

 

hmm...went to Mercedes Nov of 2010 and hated the dealership. went to Audi and got the A6 instead. I have no complaints with Infiniti yet. Bought 2 cars from the same dealership.

 

4th is correct; there are three brands that placed higher than Infiniti. In this case there is no 3rd place or 5th place, only a tie for 2nd and a tie for 4th.

Based on personal experience I would agree with the Mercedes and Jaguar rankings, can't vouch for Lexus or Acura though. Infiniti has been ok so far, not surprised with this list.

Lexus way better than Infiniti. Buying experience was like Nordstrom to Kmart.

 

The Lexus dealer here don't even have loaner.

EDIT: Oh, I guess they must thought Lexus is supposed to be so reliable that one don't need service.

 

Lol fish, Jaguar was the best so far, had an x-type (not exactly top of the line) but always treated like royalty for the 4 yrs i had it. As for mb, ive only had the glk for 2 months, so we'll see how they are long term

 

Lexus tries to bend over backwards for you in most situations. The two Acura dealers I've been to have been great; Infiniti as well.

 

I actually agree with the tied ranking for 4th. Both the Acura and Infiniti dealerships I've purchased from don't care about you after you buy their cars. I've never received a single phone call, courtesy email, or anything from them...and in both cases they wanted me to rank them positively on the post-purchase surveys . It's a shame that I answered those truthfully

 

I definitly don't have a positive feed back on infiniti dealership.
