your TPMS has nothing to do with being staggered. the light is on because the wheels you got are from 2011+ coupe. The TPMS changed from March 2010+, so they won't work on anything pre March 2010. You need to use your TPMS that came with your OEM wheels.

Those 19s look great on the Sedan, in fact those 19s are the ONLY nice looking OEM Infiniti G wheels out right now

No, they don't. As long as your overall diameter of your tires is close, you'll be fine.

You MUST use stock lugs, see post #27 and what happened when that guy used tuner lugs:

The stock nuts as in G37S Coupe or G37 Sedan Journey? Or are they the same? Please educate me
