Voiding Warranty
NOTHING will void the "entire" warranty. An intake could void part of the warranty if there are problems with the engine that are caused by the intake.
An exhaust could void part of the warranty if there are engine problems cause by the exhaust. Springs could void part of the warranty if there are suspension problems caused by the springs.
But there is nearly no chance of that happening as long as things are installed properly.

The dealer has to show that the after-market part caused the failure.

You won't void the entire warranty, but you will potentially compromise the portion of the warranty that relates to many aspects of engine and related computer/software operations. Without a doubt, you are opening the door to dealer warranty claim denials......at least related to engine functionality. NCYMaxima has a point....but what a hassle.
Intake and exhaust will not voild the warranty. Intakes is just more air into the engine. Exhaust is just air leaving the car. The dealers told me that it will not voild the warranty. The only warranty you through out is the air box and the exhaust. If you had a problem w/ the stock ones they will replace it. But since your going aftermarket they will not replace those.

Especially when it comes to warranty claims.
