The dealer told me a nurse used it for a few months before trading in for a car that gets better gas mileage. The carfax DOES show an accident but according to the dealer, someone ran into the door in a parking lot (minor damage) and the police were called. The damage was repaired and everything looks pretty new. Is this shady??

^ that or a loaner car (note: most, and i mean MOST, dealers use 37X's as loaners).

a nurse huh? lol who knows. i couldn't find your other post on mileage, etc. but if you like the car, go for it! just make sure all the panels line up (bumper, fenders, etc.). that or take a picture of it and post it. make sure all the panels match too (color). some cars (Honda/Acuras) are notorious for having bad matching paint jobs. i'm rather new to infiniti/nissan, but for the most part, paint seems to be dead on, despite the material (metal/plastic).

It has 22k miles. Since I live so far away from it, I've never personally seen it but the pictures look nice and it does have all the features I need!

How do you think the AWD fares in the Seattle winter (aka the few days of snow that the city receives)?

Also, how much stuff can you carry in the car? Since I'll be moving to Seattle and then to Chicago, it would be nice to be able to carry some stuff in my car when I drive there, although the majority of the big things (couch, bed) will be shipped via truck. Thanks!
If it has the Goodyear RSAs they come with from the factory, I would suggest getting new tires. My X has been good in the snow, since I got rid of the RSAs. I ended up getting summer and winter tires, but I live in the country and drive a lot on county roads that are not always plowed well.

Just put my deposit down! Hopefully it'll turn out to be in "perfect" condition as the dealer keeps telling me! I may just use these tires in Seattle and then once I get to Chicago in a year switch them to some good snow tires/all-seasons. Thanks for the help!

Hopefully I got a good deal on it :/.

Awesome, congrats! You're going to love it. I'm loving my 2011 g37 sedan. When do you go pick it up?

I hope so! Mine is 2010 but I don't think they changed anything from 2010 to 2011. I pick it up later this week...have to drive there though!

I'll be living in the Capitol Hill area so I hope it will be able to climb those hills!

I really liked the Blue Slate or Graphite color but there were no used ones with the nav and tech packages in them at a reasonable price. Silver is a little more generic, but I guess it will have to do haha. Just need to figure out how to make it look sportier.
