Free inspections are usually performed with an agenda.
Its all about the bottom line at the end of the day.

Of course there's an agenda, but I don't think paying for an inspection will cause a dealer to grow morals, and I don't think it would cause them to skip trying to sell you service upgrades.

Again - has anyone EVER had a dealership find and correct a problem as a result of a paid inspection? Moreover, if there is warranty work to be done, wouldn't it be in the dealer's obvious financial interest to find it, do it, and get paid for it?

^ Sometimes there is such low margin on warranty items the dealer could careless about doing it unless they are slow, the tech needs hours, or a client complains about it.
