Things you wish Infiniti would add or change

Since the 2011s are out I thought it was time for a new list of items that owner's wished that Infiniti would add or change on the G37.
I am more then satisfied with my 2010 G37 sedan, but like any vehicle there are items that particular owner's wish were added, altered or eliminated to suit their needs.
This is my list:
1. Add fold down rear seats
2. Add DRL
3. Keep compass reading in mirror, when you order NAV
4. Have adjustment on head rest for forward/aft position
5. Eliminate lock out feature on NAV/Radio.
6. Set smart key buttons further in so they aren't as easy
to accidentally engage.
7. Move the gas fill to the driver's side.
8. Add gas fill release door switch, in car, so door pops
open.

why move the gas fill to the driver's side?

1) Cold seat
2) Louder exhaust
3) More torque
4) No more battery problem
5) No more lagging.

I wouldn't mind it if they handled the gas fill like it is on the coupe. You just press on the gas fill door and it pops open (if the car is unlocked). The way it's handled with the sedan with pressing on the opposite side for it to swing open is pretty awkward.

DRLs are standard in Canada and the EU. They not standard in the US becuase they're not required by law.

* Rain sensors for the wipers standard
* Courtesy lights on the door handles
* Better automatic or double-clutch option
* Less shiny material on cockpit so that it does not get reflected from the windshield
* Better rear view mirror on driver's side so that no more blind spot or smaller at least!
* A real upgraded Bose system (unlike our cheap-*ss system)
* Longer center armrest
* Better lumbar support
* Thicker leather steering wheel
* Folding rear seat backs
* Better paint durability
* MP3 storage capability on the HD (not only audio CDs)

More torque-the 7 speeds makes this car really slow at low speed.

Louder exhaust- but the current sound is good as well.

The Bose system in this car is great. Much better than the crap they were using in the mid-late 90's to early 00's. Bose started out really nice sounding early on when they got into car audio, but then it just got crappy. But I am surprisingly well please with this system, and I am a car audio nut, audio nut period. See I have a music studio and do a lot of producing and mixing songs for people. And this Bose system is very accurate and my mixes translate very well in my car and it never clips or distorts the music. 9 times out of 10, how my mixes sound in my studio is how they sound in my car, which is hard to achieve for many home studio engineers. But to each his own. I just wish it has a little more gain for those days when I really wanna play it loud.

Anyway, my wishes:
*Wipers on, lights automatically on (think they may have this on 10/11 models)
*I can't for the life of me understand why they did not give the door panels and rear seats sport stitching on models with the sport package.
*Tire pressure screen that tells pressures, like some of the higher models.
*19' wheels for the sedan sport package.
*Coupe-like stock exhaust tone.
*All exterior lights LED (turn sigs, plate, corner, etc)
*Side mirror cover LED turn sigs.
*Rain sensing wipers.

Agreed ^ ^

*True sport suspension for the S like my old 3's ZSP system.
*LED puddle lights in door handles
*"Sport" steering wheel (ours is too large)
*Matte/black finish option for exterior window chrome trim
*AFS for headlights
*More OEM options like the FSport line or BMW Performance line.

I agree, having it on the right makes for more open spots at the gas station!

1. Better tranny ('08 was fine)
2. More low end torque
3. Fold down rear seat
4. Keep DS mode on when paddle shifting
5. Cooled sedan seats

Offer a dual clutch transmission and sport package should have some change to the exhaust. I would pay whatever they asked for either of those options

I'd like to see more power options.
Actually, I think Infiniti is planning to do kust that.
In addition to the current hp and tq, add a model that produces about 50 more and another on top of that with about 100 more of both.
Can you guys imagine a stock 500 hp G37?
I guess I'm describing a more luxurious GT-R.
