Good dealership experience
A few weeks ago I took my vehicle in for an oil change and when I got it back it had a 4 inch scratch on the rear bumper, which i suspected was done by the detail dept during the courtesy wash.
I brought it to the attention of my service rep, with in turn got the service manager involved. They first offered to detail it over to remove scratch to no avail, then offered to repaint bumper cover which I declined. I felt it wouldn't ever be right and possibly make it worse. So I made the the suggestion they paid to get a rear spoiler put on vehicle to which my amazement they agreed
