Remove your plate.
Drill the holes out to 1/4".
Buy a small can of Nissan touch up paint for $12. Nissan Parts, NISMO and Nissan Accessories - Courtesyparts.com Nissan Touch-Up Paint
Go to Lowe's or Homedepot and buy some white plastic hole plugs for $2. Shop The Hillman Group 2-Pack Hole Plugs - White 1/4 at Lowes.com.
Enjoy!

bumperplugs.com matches paint pretty well, it's not exactly the same color tho, it's the "generic" equivalent like BB had said would be a cheaper alternative.

if you have the front plates already, they'll squeeze right in, no need to redrill. you just need to make sure the plate is straight... and only has 2 holes... not 4 in series like my first car was...

Buy them for $33 from bumper plugs or about $20 using the DIY method and get an exact paint match. I recommended drilling the hole out to 1/4" to achieve an exact and perfectly circular hole so the plugs will fit perfectly and securely.

Buying them online is a good alternative if you aren't the DIY type.

I did it myself with car panel body clips and touch up paint. The bumperplug.com ones are kinda big IMO. You could hardly notice mine, but I eventually have the bumper filled in and repainted.

Get any small plugs that will fit in the holes and get a bottle of touch up paint for $11... Thats what I originally did. They were hardly noticable.

I feel bad about the people that have to hang a front tag on the G, since there is no good place to hang one.
It really takes away from the looks of the front of the car.

I would get some plugs and paint them myself.
I've put black plugs in a few cars, that weren't black and didn't think it looked that bad.

Even if you got plugs that matched your paint perfect, you can still see the plugs.
