TO OEM lip or not to OEM lip on a 2010 G37XS

Hi all I just finally put a deposit down on a 2010 G37XS Blue Slate with Graphite interior, Navigation And Premium Package. I'm getting the Midnight black Grill and the spoiler and originally I wanted the OEM lip, but now I'm having second thoughts... Any one have any issues with bottoming out? i live in the North East (Rhode Island) and the roads SUCK here. Also, does anyone feel the lip cheapens the look of the car at all? I saw it on an Anniversary addition and really liked it, but I only saw it once in person. Anyone have any input on this?
AND OF COURS, pics will come once I get the car

Dude the lip will sooooooooooo much improve the front look of the x. I'm from new jersey and i have the anniversary edition. the lip looks gorgeous, everytime i park and walk away i can't help but turn around and stare at the car again and again and again until the car is out of view lol. It is abit of work watching where you can go and where you can't. Just remember don't go over anything that looks abit high fast. don't park too close other wise the front will scrape the parking cement block thing. the lip looks fantastic just becareful and wise of where you drive. I reverse into my uphill drive way all the time now lol.

I like it without the lip personally.

I dont have a 2010, but I do have a 2009 with the front chin/lip. I think the car looks a lot better with the front chin. I live in michigan where we have terrible roads and quite a bit of snow and I have had no problems bottoming out or in the snow.

I'm kind of in the same position. I am planning on getting the g37 with a premium package and the navigation system. Now i also want the front lip. The problem with this is that I would have to add the whole sport package which is 2 g's more and i'm not to psyched on the idea of paying that much more for stitching and an aluminum foot rest.

Is it possible for me to just buy the premium and navigation package and then add the lip afterwards? Like if i just bought it from the dealer?

This isn't true. You can get the lip by it's self. They have one for the sport and one for the non sport front bumper. I paid $418 for the chin. PM me your email address and I'll forward you the email from my dealer showing this if you want
