Mods for 2010 G37 S Sedan
I drove my RWD sedan everyday this winter even on the big snow days with my Blizzaks LM-60's and I had no issues at all. In fact my RWD G with winter tire was more predictable and easier to dry in the snow compared to my previous 08xS with the all-season tires.
It's a pain in the *** to have to wait for your car. My wait was not too bad about 1 month. I did it once but I will not do it again. Next time If Infiniti does not have what I want I'm going to buy a BMW instead.
It's true, The only person in the NJ/NY Metro area that stocks RWD sedans is Kenny. My car was brought up from Florida. And now that Coupe is available in AWD I would not be too surprise if the same thing happens with the coupe.

I waited four months to get my BMW and no time to drive off with my 2010 G37 Prem...

Update on my ERZ HFCs w/ Tanabes. After about a week, I like it. Definitely louder esp after the heat soaks in, but love the sound and car feels good. I had an opportunity to floor it while merging onto a freeway...man the thing is loud at WOT...but I'm shocked the tires can hold the power. Just awesome acceleration and sound. Tad bit too loud at WOT for my tastes, but overall, love it.
Still not a fan of the 7AT. I was on the highway in D and floored it, and the thing didn't downshift...I just accelerated in 7TH. Weird!

This maybe my next step also, do you have any videos yet? Curious how loud it actually is. How much power would you say this mod added? Hopefully it's bolt on...
Thanks,
Ron
Any of the aftermarket HFCs will fit. The ERZs are the most affordable and have 200 cell cats. Most are 300. The lower the # the less restrictive. Very happy with my ERZs.

I would love to get these but are there any issues to codes popping up? I'm i a small town and don't want to have issues already and the cost is very appealing. What would the install cost run to have installed?

No issues with CELs for me after the initial installation issue... the driver's side o2 sensor wasn't tightened enough.
No codes after 1,000+ miles.
They are kind of a pain to install, given the two cat-to-header bolts (one on each side) that come "pre-stripped" from the factory and are very difficult to get off.
If you don't have a shop you can trust, you can always wait.
For install, $125-180.

I have the ERZs just like Efuse...actually got them based on his exp and the lower cost. Simple bolt on...well, maybe not so simple to install. Here's a vid on installing HFCs on the Z. Pretty much the same for the G. The video seems to make the install seem easier than it is.

Here's a vid of a G35 sedan with Tanabes and HFCs. The vid sounds a little raspier than my G37 sedan with the same setup. My G has a deeper sound from inside the cabin.

It's pretty loud, esp when you really get on the gas. In normal relaxed driving, it sounds good. The Tanabes alone weren't loud enough for me. After a while they quiet down a lot to the point where you hear the engine more than the exhaust. I think for the most part, you'll feel most of the power in the mid to upper rev range. It gets pretty loud up there, but it does sound good. When the heat soaks in, it becomes louder than I'd like it. No codes...the ERZs come with non-foulers. You shouldn't get a code with the ERZs.

I've also been keeping an eye on the NST crank/alternator pulleys over at the370z.com.
I confirmed with NonStopTuning that they will also fit the G37. For $200 + $30ish for a new shorter belt, it seems like a decent mod that'll help your engine rev more freely.

The shorter belt you'd need is this one:

Considering ordering the pulley kit and getting it installed along with my FI exhaust, whenever that's ready. lol
