You should all get at least 400 miles a tank on pure highway driving. The car has a 20 gallon tank. I would hope everyone can average at the minimum 22 on the freeway. So if you only use 18 gallons and still have 2 left over you have driven 396 miles.

But seriously, did you really buy the G37 for it's city mpg? No sports sedan with a powerful 6 or 8 cyl motor is going to do well in pure city driving. Get a small car with a 4 cylinder if that is your goal. I suggest a civic or Mazda3 which should both get above 20mpg in pure city driving.
