IMHO I think that's a good price for a factory new decklid.
they're normally like 300+ bucks (I think it's 510 MSRP) depending on where you get it from;
I know beshoff too. if you can find a dealership that can offer it cheaper they'll do something about it. but of course it has to be a dealership and it has to be a listed price.
I checked 3, I used to buy from, they were 300, 310 and 415 respectively.
