Turning off car turning on accessory power

OK, so i turn off the car, but have left the windows open.
With my previous car the electric stays on for 10 minutes to i can open and close windows, play radio with engine off.

So far it appears i have to shut car off.
Press the power button once which turns it to acc BUT CANNOT operate windows
Then if i hit it again all the lights on the dash light up and i can power windows. There must be an easier way.

Also if your playing music there is a delay each time you switch between ON, ACC an whatever the other setting is.

RTFM - That's how it works. In other cars usually the power remains on until you open the door, but the G only has retained power for the sunroof for 45 seconds after the engine is turned off. You need to be in ON mode to operate the windows.

Hmmm! I noticed in mine yesterday that I still had power windows even after shutting off the engine. But as soon as I opened the door, the power cut!

While the car is running when parked, quickly tapping the START button twice will turn the engine off while retaining power for accessories such as radio.

Buy the car first and then you can complain.
