Inventory Question
Inventory Question
So I've decided I want the 6MT G37S sedan, a little late in the season I know, but now I'm wondering if the dealer inventory is what it is at this point or would they still be able to find an unallocated one out there? I'm also assuming the plants have been shutdown for the 2009 model year so ordering is out correct? I'm not really interested in dealer to dealer transfers either as I'm not going to pay the mileage when I could just go pick it up from the other dealer. I've done a search (autotrader) and doesn't seem like there is much out there with Premium and Navigation package anyway. Also if I have the local dealership order something is that vehicle still eligible for VPP?
Thanks all...
Mike

A dealer I am working with in St. Louis has found the G37S auto version for me and can transfer it up for around $200 or so. The auto and manual versions seem to be out there but if you live in the midwest and north, you'll most likely have to do a transfer.
I've been told I can order anything I want from the factory but count on a 3-4 month waiting period right now.

6MT sedans are rare and even rarer with both Premium and Navigation. Trust me, I've had to order twice. If there isn't one available out there, you might want to ask your dealership about ordering a 2010 model and hopefully get it it with their initial allocation. Good luck!
