Stupid question...

Is the only differences between the 08 G35xS and the 09 G37xS the engine and transmission? I havent been able to check them out personally cuz im currently in Iraq...

Yes.

Engine.
Transmission.
Seat heater switches were changed to muti-position *****.
Wheels and brakes with the sport package, and the springs are slightly stiffer (which means the shocks are probably valved slightly different).
The side view mirrors are slightly different - more aerodynamic.
