Acording to the dealer, cross shipped means It left the port in NJ and was delivered to another interim place. So probaly somwhere between there and Buffalo. It will be reshipped on Monday and thats why they are promising Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest.

No word yet.....I little disappointed in the lack of communication as to where this car is. UPS can track a 5 dollar package to the street the truck is on, but a truck with 250,000 worth of cars is just out there somewhere.

At any rate...maybe I'll get a call today as promised. If not...I'll call them by the end of the afternoon and lay down more of a WTF type of call. I've been VERY polite thus far.

Goodluck. I would be very frustrated if they pulled something like that on me as well. I got my car transferred from another dealership and it took them nearly a week for bringing it only 3-4 hours away.

Heck, I would be upset with that Dealer too. When I ordered my last two Infinitis, the Dealer kept in touch with me and I knew where the cars were at all times.

Just talked to the dealer...car is still a no-show. Looking like i woulnd't get it until this Friday or Saturday.

Even if it comes in late tonight, my salesman is off on Thursday and I'm pretty busy at work, so getting some free time on Friday would be hard. Maybe it's for the best..this weekend is supposed to be sunny and warm.

Oil changes are already included. AHHH

Still no call. Talked to them on the 8th, said friday or saturday which is the 10th or 11th.

If it doesn't come in today, I'm probably not picking it up satudary b/c they would not have enough time to prep it.

If I'm not being lied too.....why would it take more than a week to make it from NJ to Buffalo. "Distribution" seems to be not much help to the dealer..other than telling him things like "its left the port" and "cross shipped".

I can keep calling my salesman (owners son) but beating him up won't get the car delivered any sooner. Is it BS that the car cannot be exactly located?

Same thing happened to those of us that pre-ordered. Infiniti sucks at communicating with their customers on where their car is.
