G37 Modifications

Hello, I'm about to become a new G37 owner. I currently have an 06 G-35 6MT and am about to get a new 09 G-37S 6MT. I've left my G-35 stock, but would really like to upgrade the G-37. I've been looking around the web and even called Stillen and Pro-Charger asking if they were planning a super charger for the G-37 Sedan. Both said they were not going to have one for the G-37 period. Has anyone heard of something in the works? I would really like to add some serious HP and Torque on top of all the little mods that can be done (Exhaust, Intake, etc). Any information would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Nice, I'm down in Fenton. Who are you buying from Plaza or Bomarrito?

Thanks for the info.....those things are not cheap! What are the pros/cons of turbo vs. super charger?

I'm just wondering what deal you'll end up getting. Before you committ, let me see if I can get you a better deal at Bommarito. I picked up my G37 sedan from there in October. BTW, I'm pretty modded up sans TT, let me know if you want to take a look.

tt is more torque but also more parts at the same hp level. there is no supercharger available for our cars yet. however the tt kits less than $10k and require no engine build-up to make over 500hp easily.

So given the same HP, you will end up with more torque with the TT? Seems like the TT kits are about twice the money as a super charger. I'm wondering if once there is one available, it would be a better option to get the SC and spend a part of the money left over on other mods to get more HP and Torque???

Any idea on what kind of Torque numbers the 500+hp kits are making?

tt kits are putting down about 500/500 on a dyno dynamics on stock blocks. there is no s/c available so all you can do is speculate. the only reason i never recommended tt on the old vq35de blocks was the extra $5-10k required to build a strong block. now for under $15k, tt is easily the best choice out there.
