Miles Per Gallon Feedback
2013 g37x 7at 13k miles typically about 18 mpg driving like a bat out of hell up and down a mountain. My daily commute has a net elevation change of about 4000 ft. Do not usually use AC but only had it since October and summer has not hit southern California yet.
Recently drove from San Bernardino CA to Vegas 85 mph avg. got 25 mpg again, mostly w/o AC

Wow, you all have me beat by quite a bit. I'll be honest I drive like the Stig about 50% of the time but when I get off work or have my gf with me, I put my head on the head rest and just float around at a comfortable pace, no rush. I average about 14 in town and MAYBE 20 on the highway. I ONLY use 93 octane on my cars, maybe I should get some plugs, fuel filter and try a different gas station?
I'm only getting like 15mpg in the city.. but on the highway I get over 30mpg (30-34mpg) with boring driving 60-75mph. If I rev it up on the highway it drops pretty quickly. Hoping the transmission ECN flash will improve city mpg.

Not sure what my mpg is but I get around 260 miles on a full tank on my 2010 g coupe x. Can someone do the math for me lol surprisingly I don't know how many gallons my tank holds haha
the tank is 20 gallons.. but presumably don't empty it completely.. so 260 / 18 gallons is 14.5mpg. that would be very low.
after a little more than 200 miles on my 2013 G37 6MT sedan with 1/2 of those miles highway I'm at 15.8mpg. I came into this car from a 2009 so really don't rod it much as I know what it's capable of. occasional romp from 1-3rd gears. I reset the MPG gauge when I bought the car. All stock, no AC yet, and wet roads.
I had the new ECM flash done on my RWD auto trans over the weekend and it definitely seems to have improved the MPG rating (not to mention feeling both smoother and sportier).
On the highway I seem to get over 30mpg.. as much as 34-35mpg in fact. This number drops quickly if I push into higher RPMs, but still around 27MPG at worst.
In the city, I'll have to give it more time to get an average since I've mainly done short trips with it since getting the flash, but definitely improved.

An early springtime in New Jersey yesterday and today has resulted in my best MPG on my 50 mile trip to work. Temperatures in the high 60's, low 70's with low humidity.

Whether it is global warming or a change to summer grade 87 octane gasoline who knows?
All I know is after driving my two Infinities for more than ten years this is the highest MPG I've seen on my way to work after a fill-up at my local WaWa station.

Never had an issue with MPG because I only use regular 87 octane.

You guys have temps in the 70s already? wow.. but I have to say, seeing all that dust in your car made me cringe.. clean that thing!
And you run regular gas? AHHH. Is premium way more expensive there? Your picture shows 36cents higher for premium.. over here it is usually just 20 cents higher.. worth feeding your engine the stuff it was designed to use.
