So I’ve had a cel light problem for a while now and it will turn off and come back on every so often, sometimes it will flash, I’m guessing that means a misfire. The problem is I’ve replaced everything linked to the code and the misfire. The o2 sensors, the MAF sensors, the spark plugs and coils, and the code still keeps popping up, turning off, and flashing. The day I replaced the maf sensors, I unplugged the battery to reset the ecu and get rid of the code. The cel is gone, but after about 60 miles of driving, it will flash for like 1 minute straight and then turn off. It will keep doing this till I turn the car off and drive another 30 miles or so. The cel was flashing even at idle, and while I was in neutral going down a hill. I’ve also noticed the flashing cel turns on in 4th gear and above. The codes I was getting before I replaced the maf sensors were… P0171, and P2A00. I don’t feel any loss of power from the car, no shaking from a “misfire” no signs of anything wrong with the car. I’m really confused about what’s happening. If anyone could help, that would be amazing.
