Coolant leak by rad fan
I would pull the undershroud off to see if you can locate the leak ASAP.
Radiator might have popped somewhere, but sounds like the hoses/connections failing on OEM hoses and spring clamps. If your car is a little older, that might be the source. They just fail overtime from heat cycles and the elements. Check the underside of the upper coolant hose on the radiator side (passenger side, can’t miss it)- might be failing and dripping onto the fan. Otherwise it would probably be the rad has a crack/leak somewhere, leaking coolant onto the fan. Once you pinpoint it we can help out a little more.
I noticed my coolant was leaking a few weeks ago - I couldn't find the source. Shop found and replaced the right side heater core water hose assembly. Cost me $400 in parts and labour for my '08.
