So my fans won’t shut off and my windows won’t stay rolled up. Help meh. This all started happening when I changed a clutch and exhaust. Might not be related. My guess is an ecm any ideas are welcome.
Real intersting, the fans are related to the ECU and the windows to the BCM, and both computers are in different locations in the car. Highly unlikely both computers failed at the same time...and honestly, windows coming down by themselves is somethng brand new, never heard of it before.
Seeing as you just did some major work, maybe dig into those work areas and find out if a harness got cut, pinched, out of place and melted to the exhaust, or otherwise damaged. I dont know how this would impact the windows though since all of the window control wiring is inside.
Did the car sit in the rain with the hood open? water intrusion is another possibility.
Good luck
One last thing i can think of for the windows is see if the window switch lockout button changes the behavior.

IF the radiator fans are on constantly, then that indicates that the IPDM/er is in "Fail Safe" mode.
Please tell me you disconnected the battery BEFORE you did any of the mentioned work on the car?
Start by DISCONNECTING the battery and start checking fuses. Do not go down any rabbit hole until you have at the least done that much then report back.
The windows may or may not be related. If, after doing the window relearns, the windows still automatically lower when you open the door then the retained power circuit is not online- again, could be related to a blown fuse or other issue.
