I noticed this with summer time, I tend to use A/C or fan. By random chance when green light comes on at traffic stop, and when I press gas, the car stays for about 0.5 second then launches hard. This happens only with these conditions are present, any ideas to whats the issue here ?

 

Try changing the air filters and cleaning the MAF sensors.
Also, even if your arent noticing oil consumption, its possible you have clogged PCV valves.

I just replaced mine yesterday at 67k and noticed the engine was much more responsive at low rpm.
