What is this hose called?

What is this hose called? I am having a hard it.

The duck tape is a Temporary fix to get me home. But I need to know what hose this is.

Looks like one of the EVAP hoses:

The part number from Infiniti is 14912-EY00B. However, that part is no longer available though different suppliers may have limited availability.

Technically, you can go to any chain parts store and get a foot of vacuum hose the same diameter and call it a day.

Hoses? As these cars age and the rubber deteriorates, bits and pieces will need to be replaced, eventually.

Many hoses, like the above EVAP, can be replaced with generic, off-the-shelf pieces rather than over-priced (if available) dealer replacements.

I think I mistakenly thought this was another thread regarding the dreaded passenger side plastic heater hose coupler.
