Hello everyone. I have a 2008 g37 coupe journey. So my low beams stopped working on my oem headlights and I decided it was time for new headlights. I bought the akkon headlights(gtr style) and when installed it was the same issue. Only my high beams worked. I checked the fuse, bought new ballasts and bulbs but they still don't work. Does anyone know what it might be and if so what is the price range to fix it. Thanks in advance

I have an 13 g37x sedan with same akkon headlights the style . My Driver Side LowBeam will not turn on as well … very frustrating. I changed new bulb , checked fuse 15a was blown replaced fuse still nothing working , passenger side is working fine . All was well with the drivers side until just like blew out . Did you figure out the solution to the Akon headlight problem? If so please 🙏 please let me know .

I checked my fuses as well and they were fine. Thought it was the ballast so I bought 2 new ones and still were not working properly. I decided to just try LED bulbs and they worked. Not sure what was the issue. Maybe I bought faulty ballasts. Since only on of yours is out it might be the ballast. The LED bulbs were super easy to connect if you want to try those out

 

Yea I’m going to try and change ballast tomorrow. Do you remember brand of headlights?
