So far, I looked into all the recommendations from this thread to no avail. Tomorrow (hopefully) I plan to pull the glove box, get a driver, place myself in the passenger seat and locate the source of the rattle, I will update as soon as I complete the task. I will also provide pictures if it seems relevant to the issue. Of course, this is assuming that I locate the source.

Nice man keep us updated. I also checked everything already that they have mentioned and it’s still the same. So hopefully you’re able to find something.
We found the source. It wasn't under the dash; it was actually under the hood; the bolt securing the passenger side airbox was loose. (See where the screwdriver is pointing in the picture)
So, taking this whole thread into consideration, it would appear that it isn't just one culprit behind the noise, it seems as if it could be anything loose on the passenger side under the hood or under the dash.
My recommendation would be to dive under the hood looking for loose bolts. If that doesn't prove fruitful, then pop out the glove box and look for something loose (including the glove box screws) ... and while there, it would be an excellent time to replace that HVAC filter since this is the area where it's located.
Happy hunting!

An update to hopefully close out discussion on this thread so the solution is available for future members. (Mods, is this worth a Sticky?)
Some miles after tightening down the air box hardware, (see my previous post) another rattle started still sounding like it was coming from under the passenger side dash. This time it was the window washer washer res. tube (Thanks u/stuart pid). Tightened it down, no more rattle.
So since I can't leave good enough alone, I began to experiment by loosening random bolts that are attached to the fender support, and no matter which one I loosend, the rattle noise would start and each time it would sound as if the rattle were originating under the dash.
In conclusion, if you hear a rattle that sounds like it's coming from something loose under the dash, I would definitely dive under the hood and check all the bolts that attach things to the fender support.
DUDE I OWE YOU A BEER!!!!! I CANT believe this is all it was all this time. You’re a lifesaver

IIRC, I did not have to tie it down to anything overly securely -- just stop it from swinging around freely. Problem solved.
