Black spark plugs & deceleration stutter

So I replaced my gallery gaskets, car starts up fine and no more codes for low oil pressure / no codes at all currently. However, now there's another problem. Anytime the rpm's are dropping (both in neutral or deceleration), the engine stutters. Note, this is only during deceleration or when the rpms are falling, the car accelerates fine, only having a problem with deceleration. If I'm driving it will even stall as I come to a stop most of the time (I already tried cleaning the throttle bodies and doing an idle relearn). At idle the rpms will also fluctuate a little. I'm wondering if maybe I messed up my engine's timing when I put the chain back on as when I was getting the marks lined up to TDC where I left them the left cam sprocket jumped 180 degrees back but I turned it back and got everything lined and even built oil pressure before starting the car up. Before any of this happened (even before my gallery gaskets blew) I replaced my spark plugs and coil packs because the car was misfiring since I found oil in my spark plug tubes but have since fixed that leak. Now those new plugs are black and dry on the tips so I'm assuming there's a problem with some part of my fuel system. I also recently installed new fuel injectors.

I was wondering if anyone has had similar symptoms or what the most likely culprit of black dry spark plug tips are. I'm thinking maybe a bad fuel pressure damper, fuel filter, or fuel pump although the car starts up fine. I've installed new (now black) spark plugs, coil packs, injectors and intake cam solenoids. I'm hoping the rpm stutter and black spark plug tips are a result of a fuel problem and not messed up engine timing. Maybe I have bad 02 sensors from the car previously misfiring?

Prior to gaskets was the engine running fine?
Invest in a OBD scanner to check your cam angles, only these will tell if you did the timing right.
Throwing parts at it prior to checking this is a waste of your time.

Prior to the gallery gaskets I had a misfire which I fixed by changing the spark plugs and coil packs. As I was test driving after changing the plugs and coil packs the car still stuttered a little until I got up in the revs and then everything was fixed, almost as if something got unclogged in the fuel system even though I didn't touch it, maybe the car just needed to adjust to the new parts I'm not sure. I parked the car, started it up later in the day for more test driving and drove for barely 2 minutes until I got a check engine light and went into limp mode not being able to go above 2000 rpm. Scanned the codes and got P0011, P0021 telling me that my "A" camshaft position was over-advanced and there was also a P0524 code for low oil pressure. I read that these three codes in conjunction meant bad gallery gaskets not to mention I have an 08 with 139k miles so I expected this to happen eventually, hence why I changed the gaskets and now I have no check engines codes just a rough deceleration and black plugs.

I have Nissan datascan 3 but am unsure if it allows me to check cam angles. Do you know of any scanner that does show your cam angles?

Torque pro or OBD fusion with the advanced infiniti plug in.

Try swapping your VTC connectors, These cars don't have a wide ranging oil pressure sensor so when they trigger a p0524 for oil pressure it's VTC related. Many times folks swap them by mistake.
Incorrect VTC connectors will give you a rough running car with or without DTC since the computer sees them working just not at the right angles which could explain the p0011&p0021 after the gaskets
