Driver Assistance Button

Does anyone know how to access the content behind the Driver Assistance Button shown in the photo? I have tired placing the car in park, and various other steps and that button always remains greyed out. What am I missing? Is there a subscription required to something in order for that button to work?

Feedback welcome and appreciated

Have you tried with the parking brake set (engine running)?

It is interesting that you have that option button (albeit inactive) as I don't even have that option. There is not even a mention of that feature in either the owners manual, navigation manual, or even the factory service manual!

There is/was a subscription service for "Infiniti Connect" (renamed to "InTouch") which offered different services such as weather, traffic, advanced trip planning, etc. Almost a glamorized XM radio subscription. To be honest I don't know of anyone who paid for/used the service so I can't vouch for its usefulness.

The service was mainly available on the newer Q's and Infiniti models. To my knowledge, the G37's (even the rebadged models) never had the necessary telematic modules installed like the newer models have in order to utilize the service.
