Coolant Flush😥

Hey guys this is my first post on here. Anyways, I needed to get a flush and refill for my 2009 G37 and had a mobile mechanic come to my place to do it (My mistake). Well after he was done I payed him and took it for a spin and noticed that the car is now leaking coolant from the front left of the car. He mentioned that when he worked on my car, he only took off the lower radiator hose. Now this morning I checked the radiator and it needs to be topped off. I’m from Houston and any information or help I could get would be very much appreciated. I worked hard for this car and now feel very down that this has happened. Thanks..

1. Do you have visual confirmation of a leak and where it originates?
2. Did you pay with cash or credit card?
2a. How much did he charge (if you don't mind saying)?
3. Were you given a receipt and is there some type of warranty on the work?

I will not beat you up for using a mobile mechanic, but is this guy a part of a reputable outfit or is he some "fly-by-night" indy operation?

Bottom line: you paid for a service that was improperly completed or improperly done. Either way, you need to contact him and let him make you whole. If he refuses, and you paid with a credit card, file a dispute with the issuing bank. Be sure to document everything!

Agree with @ILM-NC G37S it’s all fixable and if the place is reputable, they will do it right. Be nice, explain the situation as well as your expectations. Can always have the CC block payment. That gets their attention. GL and report back.

If he removed the lower radiator hose instead of the petcock(name for the drain valve) then about half a gallon of coolant shot to the radiator support.
It's most likely that all of that coolant is remnants from the disconnected hose and the reason why you're missing coolant is probably because he didnt do a good job at bleeding the air from the system and over time the car "bleeds itself"
