The electronic readout where my Odometer read out on my G37 2013 is flickering and sporadically partially readable. Not sure what this part is called or if it can be independently replaced apart from the instrument panel (which is expensive). Search the forum a bit and couldn't find anything that seems related. Ideas?

 

You can buy a used cluster for about $80 and replace the centre LCD screen. It is just a display module so the milage will not need to be corrected.
