Is it both sides or just that one side?

I'm not sure if you got the car like this or it just happened.
I do know that some people like to put washers or a extra bracket under there to raise the hood on purpose. The reason being is to let the engine heat escape a little easier and help keep it cool.
Not sure if that's what it is but wont hurt to look and see if something looks out of place

yeah I’ve checked it and there are no washers underneath, I’ve tried loosening the bolts that hold it to the hood bracket and seeing if it’ll affect the height but nothing.. I’ve had the car since 2016, it’s a 2014 model and haven’t really payed attention to how it sat until recently 😂

I'm wondering if someone bent the hood hinges at some point?

I bet someone closed the hood with something underneath. One side of my trunk looks like that, but not as bad, when I shut it with a screwdriver underneath by mistake.
