G37s ecu change

I have 08 g37s M/T n I bought I new ecm but the last 4 numbers aren’t the same but it came out of a 08 g37s M/T. I’m getting the key programed tomorrow. My question is might there be any performance problems or lights due to them not being the same numbers.

Since your ECU is from an 08, you will be fine.
If you are referring to the the "MEC" number, that is not a part number, but a production code.

The 08 Coupe ECU is unique to the 08 production run, as it uses the SH7058 processor. (same as the HR)
(This is why EcuTek doesn't work on the 08 VHR... The SH7058 has less memory)

The 09+ VHR coupe & sedans use the same ECU, with the SH7059 processor.
