80,000 Mile Maintenance?

Just ticked 81,000 on my 12 G37S 6MT. I haven't had the vehicle long, and it runs great, but I'd like to do a tune up and some preventative maintenance. I like spending money on the car...and I like peace of mind while I'm ripping around being less than gentle on it. I'm changing oil and filter today (Mobil 1 high mileage) and K&N filter. Full brakes will be installed when I get the motivation. Drained and replaced coolant.

I was to be repairing the factory rims but the guy was taking too long(had it for 6 days) so I picked the car up and I canceled the appointment to get a second opinion. I was quoted $400. I'll post pics and you can let me know what you think. I'm not opposed to DIY rim repair if someone knows the perfect paint match. Forgive the photo quality, I took screenshots of the photos sent to me when I was buying. I'll get better ones if needed. None of the damage is deep, despite what the pictures might show.

I'm thinking plugs and ignition coils before 100k? MT gear oil?

When should I start to think about water pump, timing chain, power steering pump, etc? Anything else I should pay attention to?

If you like those wheels then get them repaired. If you're very careful it might be worth it but I looked at a few of these cars before I bought mine and I don't think I saw a single one with perfect wheels.
