Hey everyone I currently have a HKS Hi Power Cat-Back exhaust paired with motordyne ART pipes! the HKS was quiet I figured once I put the art pipes on it would be louder which it made it a little louder but still not deep enough like I like. I was wondering if anybody did a mid resonator delete on their HKS Hi Power Cat-Back exhaust. If so what was the outcome? Before everybody starts ragging on me about chopping up a $1,500 exhaust I'm going to remove the mid resonators and weld straight pipes into it so I could always go back if need be. Thanks in advance everybody!

I know exactly what your saying. I used to have a g37 with a Hks Catback. It was the right sound for me but not loud enough. Deleted the resonators and it was perfect for me. Sold the car but got another g37 recently to replicate the car I used to have bought the same Hks catback and it was not loud enough. Yeah a resonator delete would make it perfect. I have videos of it on my instagram @g__i_guess . Not promoting my **** but all the other cat back for VQs sounds the same except the Hks catback.

Sounds like a one-way ticket to rasp city, I'd avoid removing resonators.
