So I wanted to chrome delete the grille and black it all out, but figure I’ll have to do the back and the stupid 3.7 sign as well or should I just ask them to remove those emblem and be done with them

Subjective...I like the idea of a blacked out grill and rear camera lid. I’ve seen a white G with a wrapped black roof as well as that bottom lip of the front bumper (under the lower grill) painted black as well and thought it looked real clean.

I would just debadge all the letters/numbers and leave the mount fuji emblem.

just remove those 3.7/rear trunk emblems altogether.

Rubber erase drill attachment, some googone, and polish w/some bug/tar remover or polishing compound. wax it then.

I agree with the above - I also removed all the badges and painted the camera lid black along with the front grill, roof and widow trims.
Looks real good imo

Ok I’ll do the badge remove and just have front grill wrapped black. Sadly I don’t have any diy car skills so I have to find a shop to do this for me.

OP, doesn't make any sense to pay someone to remove your badges. A hair dryer and some fishing line /done

I painted my front grille gloss black, just left the emblem chrome! However, like the others said, the rear emblems are very easy to remove,

went a bought all the products needed to debadge car and paint just the chrome around the grill, since the grill comes in black with my sport package. Is it possible can I just use this tape to cover grill and just spray the chrome area around the grill without having to take it off car?.

Well sure, anything is possible. But come on, man, you know what's the right way to do this. It takes almost no time to remove the grille. First remove the screws holding the radiator shroud to the support frame, push it out of the way so you can get your arm and your ratchet behind the grille, unbolt the nuts, pull the grille forward.

Ok I wanted to be lazy since I never worked on my car before or any car for that matter. Guess I’ll hit up YouTube and see how to do all that. Thanks

Not hard at all. Couple plastic tabs and a few bolts. 100% worth it to do it this way vs. taping it off. You'll wish you had if any over spray speckles on that white paint...

So I keep plasti dipping my grill every year or so. Does the high gloss black paint last longer?
