I had just got this car 6 months ago so I was making payments. The amount they said my car was worth was a little more than what I owed.
Basically came out even.. I had full coverage + gap so I wasn't worried, only thing that really bothered me was finding another Q60S like this.
Being a full time student + full time job, I really don't want to go through the process again.
But at this point I think I'm going to go after the driver in court. His insurance was expired and he obviously hit me while he was going the opposite way in a lane.
