does the coupe feel exactly like the convertible?

Hi guys
I have been struggling between is350 and g37
I finally decided to get the g37 because it's sportier. While it's true the is350 is more luxurious on the inside (you can tell that's some high quality sh3t they used) it just doesn't make me feel sexy the way the g37 does.

I test drove a 2012 g37 convertible and i love the way it drives. But I dont want to get a convertible because it costs more and I would never use the convertible functionality anyway.

my question to you is, does a g37 coupe feel exactly the same way? in other words, if someone likes the convertible, does that mean they will also like the coupe?

Coupe does not feel the same as the convertible. It feels better. It's lighter and less complicated without that folding roof. About the only things you might miss are the air-conditioned seats.

i'd say if you liked the vert, you'll like the coupe even more when it comes to vehicle performance.

the vert has a wider rear track IIRC to accommodate the vert bits and pieces.

You will probably like the coupe more because it will feel more nimble.

The coupe will feel more rigid with less body flex as well

The convertible's rear wheels have a different offset that puts them slightly further out. That might have a meager positive effect on handling characteristics that offsets the increased weight.
